Yurt
Our 300-square-meter structure, visible from the road leading to the Ópusztaszer National Historical Memorial Park, is a yurt made of wood and reed, inspired by the dry mill found in the Bugac plains. Primarily, it serves as an event venue for weddings, team-building sessions, and conferences, but it is also accessible to visitors during Csillagösvény’s opening hours. Whether it’s rain or scorching heat, anyone can step inside and explore its unique features.
A Labyrinth Inside the Yurt
The yurt’s floor design is based on the layout of a classical Roman palace labyrinth. Those who follow the floor labyrinth through its four quadrants will arrive at the central dome oven. This oven, with its 13-meter-high chimney, not only supports the structure but also serves as a functional cooking and baking space for event participants.
The circular design of the yurt creates a unique atmosphere that anyone can experience, whether taking a break between exploring the many attractions of Csillagösvény or after completing their adventure. For those who want to stay active while inside, our giant chessboard and historical-themed tabletop display provide excellent opportunities for engagement!
